The all important Round 25 kicks-off tonight with two bumper clashes - both critical for the outcome of the NRL Table and the Top 8 finish.

Game 1; North Queensland Cowboys v Canterbury Bulldogs
While being played in steamy Queensland conditions at Dairy Farmers Stadium, the Bulldogs are going into this game as the favourites. Rumours coming out of the Cowboys suggest they may rest some stars, as they are guaranteed 3rd spot on the NRL Table. The Bulldogs will be fired up despite the loss of Mark O’Meley and will look to make amends for the heavy loss last week. Bulldogs should win this one and set the scene nicely for their finals campaign.

Game 2; Wests Tigers v Newcastle Knights
The struggler’s of 2007 versus the most inconsistent side of 2007. If the Knights could somehow conjure up a win here; considering their horror year and now their king Andrew Johns admitting career long drug use - it would probably go close to the biggest upset of all time. The Wests Tigers have everything to play for and after last weeks slap in the face and a fitter Robbie Farah they should have the ammunition. If the Tigers get home, they face a long wait to watch other results.

Happy Dragon : Hopefully the dragons discipline will b better under bennett, that still lets them down at crucial times

Hate Qld : benette wont cop any crap from his players,when mundine played with the broncos he wanted to play5/8 bennette said no ur a center mindine had a sook and came back home

Hate Qld : Ill stick with teh bulldogs have done so since 1974 and never will change ,although they did go to the super league i did lose interest but still followed tehm,but kept a better interest in the nrl

Jess. : i think many players should just take it. Buderus is a whinger and so are many others. they can never take it!
Jess. : i will bring it back to the manly v melbourne game again, but the amount of penalties in melbournes favour was truly ridiculous. I commend the manly defence and i was not really happy with Tony Archer, and now im worried as the tigers v manly game he is the ref!
Hate Qld : players who base thier game on defence get no reward ,if a player is held up over the line ,i think the defending team should get a 20 metre tap line restart
Happy Dragon : I know captains have the right 2 dispute a refs decision, but the other night I wanted 2 sin bin hodgson from the tigers myself, he whinged about everything!
Hate Qld : refs call is weak so is benefit of the doubt,reward the defence as well
Hate Qld : Two bulldog players shuold have been sin binned and one west tigers player as well the big fellow
Jess. : all the stoppages really add up, and it makes the game slow and frustrating
Jess. : There should be no answering back either, that just creates more awkwardness and a chance for the players to dispute and get their way
Hate Qld : lats wek the buldogs game was over 15mins longer then the other game on the same night with all the stoppages
Happy Dragon : I hate refs call, that is the biggest cop out ever, they should get rid of it?
Jess. : i just hope there are no riots at the GF. if the ref is clearly ridiculous alot of people will be very angry, and some people may take it too far.
Hate Qld : I disagree with the grading of different offences and carry on points long susoensions will stop a lot of stupidy and dirty play
Jess. : the tension is so much when they stuff around. The game loses momentum and you may aswell go off for a toilet or eating break while they stuff around
Happy Dragon : I think players get away with 2 much, some need 2 go 2 the sin bin 2 cool off!
Jess. : yeah. and just make the decision
Hate Qld : they refs and touch judges rely to much on the video refs who make a lot of mistakes themselves the refs have to harden up

Jess. : they annoy fans, but have no guts to do what is correcy
Jess. : they are mixed to me
Happy Dragon : Yes I do hate, they don't have enough balls 2 send players off when they should!

Hate Qld : The players abuse the refs a lot and nothing gets done,they are to scared to put them in the bin,or send them off for spear tackles
Jess. : they upset ALOT of people, and they dont really care
