NRL Round 14 Preview Tips

With a host of star players missing on Origin duties and only a handful of games make Round 14 a very interesting one.

Tonight, only one match-up with the Titans hosting Manly without key-men Jamie Lyon and Anthony Watmough.

Manly have been struggling big-time in the back end of their games, seemingly running out of steam. In contrast, the Titans are fast finishers and could blow this out in the backend of the game.

Gold Coast will be desperate tonight after losing 3 on the trot and should have too much at home for the Sea Eagles.

Tomorrow night, North Queensland are at home to the Canberra Raiders and are without several players.

In most home matches, the Cowboys will start favourite, but the bookies think the Raiders are specials here.

Expect to see the Canberra side run riot over the Cows, keeping them anchored to the bottom of the NRL ladder.

The Knights had a shocker last Round against the Panthers but even without Gidley – they should account for the NZ Warriors at home.

NZ have shown promise, but they face the Knights at a time when their own squad is limited through injury.

The Broncos are missing some muscle, but face an injury devestated Rabbitohs squad. This should be an interesting match, a win for the Bunnies will see them riding atop the NRL ladder and will keep their confidence at an all time high.

Broncos will find it tough without Lockyer, Souths should snare the win here.

Finally on Monday Night the Storm kids are at home to the Roosters.

As usual the stars are gone, with Slater, Inglis and Smith all ont he sidelines, while Mitchell Pearce will be a sore loss for the Sydney outfit.

The Carney/Anasta combination should be the key factor in an away win for Sydney – who should secure this and edge into the Top 8.
