Danny Wicks pleads guilty

The once former destructive forward Danny Wicks will most likely not playing rugby league again, after he today pleaded guilty to three counts of drug supply.

Wicks eventually pleaded guilty to two counts of supplying methyl amphetamine and one count of supplying 150 ecstasy tablets.

There are still four other charges he is facing, but those are expected to be dealt with when Wicks is sentenced.

He will front the Newcastle District Court next week.
