Manly's major sponsor Kaspersky takes over naming rights

In perhaps the biggest off-field change for the club so far, the Manly Sea Eagles have announced that their major sponsor Kaspersky will take over the naming rights – with the club to now be known as the Kaspersky Sea Eagles.

Kaspersky Lab, who have been a strong sponsor and partner of the Manly club since 2011 when they came on board, sign on as the long-term official partner, with the name to appear on the front of the jersey until 2015 to coincide with the new name for the club.

David Perry, the Sea Eagles General Manager, said that the club is over the moon to have their official sponsor assume a larger role and continued support.

“We are proud to be so closely associated with such an internationally respected brand,” Perry said.

“Having the support of Kaspersky in the long-term is a huge boost for the club. They are an integral part of the Manly team and having their name in the team's title gives them well-deserved acknowledgement.”

Andrew Mammotis, the Managing Director of Kaspersky Lab Australia and New Zealand, is pleased to see the company continue their strong bond and affiliation with the Sea Eagles.

“We are very excited about expanding our relationship with the Sea Eagles. We are strong Manly supporters and are passionate about the game.”
