Already contract for a couple of years to come, the Cronulla Sharks have acted quickly to retain Jack Williams long-term.
His early season form off the bench has seen him do enough to earn it, with an additional deal until the end of 2022.
Williams, who only joined the Shire club in 2017, was previously involved with the Canberra Raiders.
Making his debut in 2018, his season was cut short due to a pectoral injury.
Keen to make amends in 2019, he has played in every game this season and goes from strength to strength.
Williams is pleased to have his future sorted and looks forward to being involved with the club long-term.
“I’m loving my time here, especially with some of the young fellas and the combinations we’re building,” Williams said.
“I’m excited for the next couple of years and can’t wait to get out onto the field this week.”
