After the surprising departure of Bruno Cullen from the role, the Cronulla Sharks had to act quickly to find and appoint a new CEO and they have done so, with the club appointing Steve Noyce as their new interin CEO effective immediately.
As well as the roles that come with his new position, Noyce will continue to oversee and manage all football related issues at the club in the future.
With years of experience during previous tenures at the Sydney Roosters, Wests Tigers and Wests Magpies, Sharks Chairman Damien Keogh says his experience is what the club needs to provide leadership and stability from the top.
“Steve has proved himself to be a great asset to the best electronic cigarette online Sharks in his short time at the club and this promotion is in recognition of that, as well as his capability to assume more responsibility within the organisation,†Keogh said.
With a large amount of optimism on his part about the club moving forward, Noyce said it was a role that he looks forward to getting involved with and started.
“This is a great club and it’s a real privilege to be appointed to this role,†Noyce said.
“Whilst on one hand there appears to be many challenges, excitingly there are also many opportunities for the Sharks and I look forward to working with the amazingly dedicated on and off field teams involved here at the club.â€
