With the likes of Nate Myles, Greg Bird and Ashley Harrison in the Gold Coast Titans line-up, some of the other players are hardly mentioned or noticed.
Despite that, though, players like Matt White are toilers and go about their business quietly but efficiently.
That is a big reason as to why the Titans have awarded the 30-year-old with a new contract, after some stellar form on his part.
As a result, the Titans prop has been awarded with a new 2-year deal.
After missing most of the 2013 season due to an ACL injury, White has bounced back in the best way possible and loves playing for the Titans.
â€œAs a young player, my dream was to play in the NRL like many kids and this contract will bring me to the 12 years as an NRL player which Iâ€™m proud of coming, particularly coming from the bush, and also feel very fortunate,â€ he said.
â€œIâ€™ve had six years at the Titans now and love playing here; I have a great relationship with the coaching staff and the other boys and want to do my bit to bring the club success.
â€œItâ€™s a relief after coming off the knee reconstruction to now have my future settled but I know I have to keep performing to stay in the side with a lot of depth in the front row.â€
