Tim Mannah

On the back of the re-signing of Clint Gutherson yesterday, the Parramatta Eels have given their fans more reason to cheer ahead of the festive season and the 2017 season, re-signing club captain Tim Mannah for a further three seasons.

Mannah, a local junior, has played 180 NRL games for the Eels since making his debut.

Mannah’s contribution and efforts at the club have not gone unnoticed as the workhorse prop drew strong praise from head coach, Brad Arthur.

“Tim’s contribution to the team and to the Club over the last eight years can never be undervalued,” Head Coach Brad Arthur said.

“His level of experience and commitment to Parramatta will continue to help, guide, and develop the next generation of players in our Club.”

Mannah’s re-signing means that the majority of the Eels team is now signed on for several years to come, which is a handy boost for a club many believe is on the rise.
