Seeking first-grade opportunities, a player will often go back and forth between clubs to seek more playing time.
For Adam Clydsdale, that journey took him to the Cronulla Sharks and now back to the club he knows best, the Canberra Raiders.
Playing in 15 NRL games this season, Clydsdale made a mid-season switch to the Sharks.
The chance to return to the nation’s capital and the affinity he has with the club was too hard for Clydsdale to turn down.
“It’s great to be back in Canberra and back at the Raiders for the 2018 season,” Clydsdale said.
“The boys have been great welcoming me back into the squad and I’m keen to have a big pre-season and a big year in 2018.”
