With his 100th game just around the corner, Jake Granville will play plenty more for the North Queensland Cowboys after re-signing.
The new contract extension will see the hooker remain at the club until the end of the 2021 season.
A key player in the club’s maiden premiership success in 2015, the club are pleased to have retained him.
“Jake has been a tremendous asset for this club ever since he arrived at the beginning of 2015 and we are extremely excited he will be a Cowboy for at least another three years,” Green said.
“He was instrumental in delivering North Queensland its maiden premiership in 2015 and also helped drive the club to a grand final berth last season.
“At this club, we pride ourselves on not just retaining quality players, but quality people and Jake certainly fits that bill – he’s a fantastic player and a fantastic person.”
