Off-contract at season’s end, Jorge Taufua will remain at the Manly Sea Eagles for two more seasons after signing a new deal.
The new deal, which will run until the end of the 2021 season, will see the winger stay at the club he made his debut with in 2012.
With an impressive 77 tries in 137 games to date, Taufua has been a mainstay of the Manly side through the good times and bad.
Also a Tongan and Samoan international, the club are pleased to retain his services given his experience.
“Jorge has been a wonderful clubman for many years and we are delighted to have re-signed him for a further two seasons,’’ Sea Eagles Coach Des Hasler said.
“He has been really consistent this season.
“His experience and game knowledge, both on and off the field, is extremely valuable to our younger players.”
