Perhaps not a move anyone was expecting, Francis Molo will join the St George Illawarra Dragons from the 2022 season.
Molo, who has been impressive for current club, the North Queensland Cowboys – particularly in 2020 – provides the Dragons with some vigour going forward.
Playing in every game for the club since the middle of 2018, Molo has made his presence known.
Still a young forward, Dragons General Manager of Football believes that Molo’s best footy is still to come.
“Francis is a proven player who displays the exact characteristics you want from a front-rower week-in, week-out,” Haran said.
“Francis is coming to the prime of his career considering his age and experience in the NRL.”
Haran went on to praise the durability of Molo for his successive games streak and believes he will add a ton of value to the Dragons in 2022.
“Throughout his time at the Cowboys, he has proven his durability in handling the responsibility and role as a first-grade footballer,” Haran continued.
“There is absolutely no doubt that Francis will add value to our squad and complement our roster for the 2022 season and beyond.”
