In a Gold Coast Titans side that has several big stars, two players that fly under the radar are Beau Fermor and Jaimin Jolliffe.
That should not fool you, however, as the two have proven their ability to perform when called upon.
Since making their club debuts in 2020, both Fermor and Jolliffe have become integral parts of the Titans setup.
The young duo was already contracted until the end of 2022 but the club sought to keep them on for longer than that.
Titans coach Justin Holbrook praised Jolliffe’s work ethic and journey to the NRL and knows he will only get better.
“This is a great reward for a guy that has worked really hard to get to NRL level,” Holbrook said.
“Jaimin is professional and hard-working and it is great to see those types of players rewarded.
“There’s still improvement in his game, but I’m confident he will continue to develop his skills here at the Titans and we’re excited about what he will bring to our side over the next few years.”
With six games to his name in 2021 after his own debut last season, Fermor also received praise from Holbrook.
“Beau is a really exciting young player in the game,” Holbrook said.
“He has great traits with his speed, fitness and power which makes him the perfect modern-day player.
“Beau’s still got a lot of improvement in his game which should excite Titans fans for the years to come.”
