The Newcastle Knights have received a boost ahead of this week and the future, re-signing Kurt Mann for a further two seasons.
Mann, who is often dubbed ‘Mr Fix-It’ due to his versatility, has been forced to cover numerous positions for the Knights in 2021.
Most recently, Mann has been playing at centre for the Knights, having played most of the year as a five-eighth.
With 52 games for the Knights to date, Mann, who is a local junior from Winton, is excited to stay on with the club.
“I love playing for the Knights and the start of my rugby league journey was here,” Mann said.
“I’m excited to be here now and extend my future with the Club.
“We’ve got a great team and are a real family-orientated Club.
“My partner loves it here and my kids will probably grow up supporting the Newcastle Knights as well.”
