Experience is the key to any side and the Keighley Cougars have managed to sign just that, with the addition of Mark Ioane on a two-year deal.
Ioane, now a veteran prop, began his career as a New Zealand Warriors junior.
Ioane would then go on to play for the Gold Coast Titans, the St George Illawarra Dragons, the London Broncos, and the Leigh Centurions.
Now set to join Keighley, it is a move that Ioane confirmed he is looking forward to via his Twitter account.
Looking forward to it ? excited to meet everyone and get started! https://t.co/74hdt8oAXi

Just as pleased are Head of Rugby Andrew Henderson and coach Rhys Lovegrove.
“Mark is a first-class person and player,” said Henderson.
“He brings NRL, Super League, and Championship pedigree to the team so I am excited he has decided to join us.
“I had the pleasure of bringing mark to the London Broncos from the NRL.
“He was a tremendous player for that team, and I believe he will be a tremendous player for this team.“
Henderson knows that the experience Ioane brings will be valuable for the side.
“Mark will give us plenty of good go forward and will work hard for his teammates defensively,” Henderson continued.
“His experience and quality will be vital to our pack, and I know he will be a great role model to our younger forwards.”
