One of the Dolphins best players to begin their season, to which they have surprised many, the club has re-signed Jeremy Marshall-King for a further two seasons until 2025.

Bouncing around other clubs in his career and in and out of first-grade, Marshall-King appears to have found a home at the Dolphins and the new contract is just rewards.

Marshall-King says the decision to stay is the right one for his family and he is pleased with how the season has begun for the NRL’s newest franchise.

“It has been a great move for my family and we have enjoyed ourselves immensely up here,” said Marshall-King.”

“I am really happy with the ways things are going and the exciting start the club has had to their first season.

“I am really excited about what is ahead for the future of the Dolphins and I want to be part of it.”

Marshall-King, a Kiwi international, is highly valued by the club and Dolphins CEO Terry Reader highlighted just how important the hooker is to their club.

“Jeremy has made an immediate impact at the Dolphins not only on the field, but off the field as well,” said Reader.

“We are so pleased to extend his contract this early in his first year at the club and reward him for the great form he has showed so far.

“It means we have secured a world-class hooker for the next three years and this is a great boost as we continue to build our roster for the future.”
