The Brisbane Broncos continue to shape their 2024 NRLW roster with the retention of key utility Romy Teitzel on a new l0ng-term deal.

Teitzel, who took up her player option for 2024, also signed on a further three seasons to stay with the Broncos until the end of the 2027 season.

A premiership winner in 2022 with the Newcastle Knights, the decision to stay with the club was an easy one for Teitzel.

“This was a simple decision; I love the Broncos and all the support I am given around this club,” Teitzel said.

Teitzel’s success and form has also seen her rewarded with an Origin berth for Queensland, as she and the club believe her game will go from strength-to-strength.
