The first major recruitment puzzle piece is now in place at the St George Illawarra Dragons under coach Shane Flanagan with Jaydn Su’a signing on.
Su’a, who was the subject of speculation linking him with a move elsewhere has instead signed a two-year extension at the Dragons.
With 123 total NRL games to his name so far, 40 of which have come at the Dragons, his retention is one that pleases Flanagan moving forward.
“Jaydn’s performances this year have shown how important he is to this club and how determined he is to perform for the Dragons,” Flanagan said.
“He is just coming in to his best football and we see him as a vital part of our forward pack over the coming years.”
