The Catalans Dragons needed some forward depth and have identified former representative prop Jarrod Wallace as their man, who signs with the club for the remainder of the season.
Wallace, who debuted back in 2012 with the Brisbane Broncos, was playing for the Dolphins NRL side and is expected to be in Perpignan in a few days time.
Catalans coach Steve McNamara is pleased to have the chance to add the 212-game veteran to their squad at this stage of the season.
“To add a player of Jarrod’s quality and experience at this stage of the season is a huge boost to our squad,” McNamara said.
“The depth he will add to our forwards is much needed and we look forward to welcoming him and his family into our organization.”
