A hard worker and a tenacious player, Tazmin Rapana will go around for another season as she re-signs with the Brisbane Broncos for season 2025.

Rapana, a QLD and Australian representative in the past, returned to the Broncos in 2023 having previously played for them when the NRLW began.

In those early years, she was a part of the premiership sides and with 32 NRLW games to her name, she is proud to add to that tally with the Broncos.

“To be able to spend another season with the Broncos family is special,” said Rapana.

“We have created a family here that I’m so grateful I get to be a part of and what I love most about my time here so far.

“I don’t have a lot of time left in this beautiful game but I know with the team we have next season, it’s going to be one for the history books. We are hungry for a premiership!”

For Broncos NRLW coach Scott Prince, having Rapana in the team is a huge boost to the young forwards coming through.

“Having someone of Tazmin’s abilities and experience stay on for another year is really good for our depth,” said Prince.

“As an experienced player, it’s a big challenge for her in the next couple of seasons to train and play consistently like we know she can.

“She’s an Origin player and will be a good person for our younger forwards to learn off.

“We’re all pleased to have Tazmin and her experience remain in a Broncos jersey.”
