Having learnt off supreme NRLW talents Brittany Breayley-Nati and Lauren Brown, Gold Coast Titans hooker Lily Kolc is ready for the next step and has penned a two-year extension with the club.

After debuting in round 1 of last years’ NRLW season, Kolc’s new deal will put her in a good position to challenge for the vacant hooker spot.

Rugby league is in Kolc’s blood with her grandfather none other than John Kolc, a Parramatta Eels legend.

Kolc has come through the Titans pathways program and the club is vocal on its commitment to retaining local talent like the young rake.

“Having come through our Future Titans pathway, keeping homegrown talent on the Gold Coast is a priority for us and it’s great Lily wants to remain at the Titans long-term,” Titans coach Karyn Murphy said.

“Her journey through our system over the past four years led to a well-earned NRLW debut last year, where she showed plenty of promise in Titans colours.

“The experience she’s gained early in her career learning under the likes of Britto and Loz is a true testament to her drive to improve and I’m excited for the bright future that lies ahead for her with the club.”
