Making his mark since he entered first-grade, Brian To’o will remain in Penrith Panthers colours after signing a new deal.
To’o will now be at the Panthers until the end of the 2023 season, and since his debut, has made himself a mainstay on one wing.
For To’o, the chance to stay at the club that gave him a start and opportunity, was one too good to pass up.
“I’m really grateful for the opportunities the club has given me and I’m so happy to re-sign,” To’o said.
“This new deal means everything to me and my family.”
To’o sees the Penrith region as his home, having grown up in the area.
“Growing up in the Penrith district, Panthers has always been my home,” the Panthers winger continued.
“Getting the chance to play for Penrith in the NRL is a dream come true.”
Ben Harden, who is the Panthers Elite Player Development Manager, had the chance to coach To’o and new he would be a star.
“From the moment Brian came into our development system, we knew he had the heart of a lion and possessed this incredible athleticism,” Harden said.
“I was always blown away by his ability to joke around before training and then just turn it on and compete from the first whistle.
“It’s a credit to Brian and his family how hard he has worked to get himself to where he is now.”
