Emerging as one of the elite five-eighths in the women’s game, Tarryn Aiken had no hesitation when it came to re-signing with the Sydney Roosters for two more seasons.

A key performer of the side since she joined back in 2023, Aiken was a key figure in the Roosters 2024 NRLW premiership success and will continue to be a key figure in the years to come.

Aiken said that the club has felt like home since the start and that she is excited at the direction the club is going in.

“I’m incredibly proud to extend my time with the Sydney Roosters,” said Aiken.

“I absolutely love this Club and this team; it’s felt like home since day one.

“The culture, the people, and the way we push each other to be better every day – it’s really special and I’m excited about what the future holds.”

Not surprisingly, the Roosters are thrilled to retain her as coach John Strange praised Aiken’s talents and abilities.

“Tarryn is an exceptional talent and a genuine competitor. She brings professionalism, leadership and a winning mindset to everything she does,” said Strange.

“We’re thrilled to have her re-commit to the Club, and we’re confident she will remain a driving force in our future success.”
