The London Broncos who are very likely to re-join the Super League have announced another key signing with the addition of veteran utility Siliva Havili.
Havili, who has played in numerous positions across his career and represented Tonga internationally, joins the club after most recently playing with the South Sydney Rabbitohs in the NRL.
The signing of Havili is part of the Broncos strategy to build a side of both local talent and international recruits with experience.
The experience factor was a key for the club to sign and Broncos Director of Rugby Mike Eccles knows how valuable Havili will be to the side.
“Siliva is the type of player who makes everyone around him better,” said Eccles.
“He’s a competitor, he’s a leader, and he’s experienced success at the international level.
“Adding someone of his quality to our environment is a huge statement of intent.”
