The halves will be brand new in 2024 for the Wests Tigers as the club adds veteran Aidan Sezer to their roster for next season.
After four seasons in the Super League, Sezer returns to the NRL after previous stints with the Canterbury Bulldogs, Canberra Raiders and the Gold Coast Titans.
Those 155 NRL games also came with a grand final appearance at the Raiders, with 2024 Tigers coach Benji Marshall pleased to have Sezer’s experience for next year.
“We are very excited to have a player with Aidan’s experience and calibre to add to what we’re building for our future,” said Marshall.
“He’s a very good person and we look forward to what he can bring to our club on and off the field.”
“His experience will complement our youth and he’ll help mentor our younger players, particularly in our spine.”
