The St George Illawarra Dragons have officially released him and the Wests Tigers have acted swiftly by signing Jayden Sullivan on a long-term deal.
Undergoing what seems like a never-ending rebuild, the Tigers view Sullivan as their long-term halves option as he joins the club on a four-year deal.
Sullivan, a local junior at the Dragons via their Illawarra system, made his debut back in 2020, and is a player that incoming Tigers coach Benji Marshall is keen to have on board.
“He’s a very talented young player with a bright future,” said Marshall.
“On top of that he is a really good person with great character and an infectious energy.
“We expect him to play a key role for us over the next few years.”
