New coach, somewhat of a rebuild, and plenty to prove, the Wests Tigers have re-signed Tara Reinke and Harmony Crichton as they look to improve on some poor NRLW seasons in the past.
As the rosters reshapes, Reinke, a powerhouse prop for the Tigers, has re-signed a new deal until the end of the 2027 season.
Since joining the Tigers in 2024, Reinke has played in 20 NRLW games and will be a key figure whether she starts or comes off the bench as impact.
“Tara was a consistent presence in the squad during 2025 and was able to make a strong impact from the bench,” said new Tigers NRLW coach Craig Sandercock.
“She has a team-first attitude, a great work ethic and as a senior player brings great leadership for our group.
Also re-signing with the club but just for the 2026 season is Harmony Crichton who is a product of the Wests Tigers Women’s Pathways program.
A knee injury in 2024 threatened to derail Crichton’s career but she bounced back in 2025 as she returned to action in round 9 of the 2025 NRLW season.
But despite that, Sandercock is keen to see Crichton take one step further and perform better than ever.
“Harmony has shown resilience and determination to return from a serious injury, we’ve also seen the potential she has when getting back on field this year.
“I’m really looking forward to seeing what she can produce with a full pre-season under her belt in 2026.”
