After experiencing some significant turnover in their halves ranks in recent times, the Newcastle Knights have signed Tyson Gamble for the next two seasons.

Gamble, who is expected to take the top 30 spot from the departing Anthony Milford, also offers some genuine utility value, should the club require it.

Gamble, who played his junior footy in Albany Creek, is still only 26, and he is a player that brings all the qualities that Knights are looking for.

“Tyson is a tough tenacious competitor, “said Newcastle Knights Director of Football Peter Parr.

“His addition to our squad adds depth to our halves, which is a key objective for us.

“We like his durability and desire to be involved in every contest, we are very pleased to secure his signature.”
